eVTOL Vehicle Testing per RTCA/DO-160G
DNB Engineering, Inc. (DNB), the leader in EMC qualification testing and certification solutions in North America, is pleased to announce the successful testing of BlackFly, Opener's pioneering all-electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) vehicle designed for consumer point-to-point travel.
Tested at the DNB's headquarters facility in Fullerton, California - BlackFly underwent testing to the performance requirements of RTCA DO-160G. The test program was performed in DNB’s Large Reverberation chamber and included a Radio Frequency Radiated Susceptibility, Cat. L (Section 20.6, RTCA DO-160G) and Emissions of RF Energy, Radiated, Cat. P (Section 21.4, RTCA DO-160G).
